Supplies:
- 3 mm ribbon (I used two different colors)
- 3/8 inch or larger ribbon
- 8 inch round wood embroidery hoop – remove closure hardware from outer loop
- self-adhesive glitter dots
- 16 wood cut out flowers
- spray paint in chosen color(s)
- hot glue gun
